Ingredients:
6 pkgs. chocolate Alba mix
9 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 pkgs. Sweet & Low
2 tbsp. chunky peanut butter
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. honey
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 8 inch square pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into 6 squares. Each square counts as one serving and counts as 1 m, 1/2 b, 1 fa, and 20 calories.

Line 13″x9″x2″ pan with a layer of graham cracker squares. Prepare 1 large (6 oz.) package of instant sugar-free chocolate pudding as directed on the package.
Spread over graham cracker layer. Place in refrigerator to let set some. Layer another layer of graham cracker squares over the pudding.
Prepare a second package of chocolate pudding as above and spread over graham crackers. Refrigerate.
Torte may be topped with whipped cream or Dream Whip when served. This easy dessert is one that diabetics may enjoy.

Ingredients:
2 c. chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl mixing well. Beat about 2 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured 2 pound coffee can. Place can in crockpot. Cover top of can with 8 paper towels. Cover crockpot and bake on high 2 to 3 hours.

Ingredients:
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. quick oats
1 tsp. black walnut extract
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate pieces
Directions:
Cream sugars, shortening and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake on large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut in squares when cool.
Makes 3 dozen.

Directions:1 1/2 oz Pkg milk chocolate morsels
1 1/4 c Granola cereal
1 c Salted peanuts
Garnishes: candied cherries
Candy-coated chocolate pieces
Directions:
Place milk chocolate morsels in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 2 minutes. Stir in cereal and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper-lined cookie sheets. Garnish, if desired. Chill until firm.
Yield: 4 dozen
